Induction Lunch

In 1977, Asst. Pastor Mario Farana of St.Paul Church, invited fifteen women from various facets of the parish to form a new parish group: The Women of St. Paul.

Today, many of the original officers are still active members, and along with new members, serve the parish and community with a focus on religious life, service activities, and social opportunities.

Over the years the Women of St. Paul have sponsored retreats, casino trips, pasta dinners, receptions, Christmas parties and layette donation, Lenten soup suppers, plays and musical events.

Induction Lunch

Thus far in 2010 we have gathered for our January cocktail party and the annual induction luncheon, three Stewards of the Earth programs, a service presentation on soup kitchens and donating blood, and three very successful bake sales.

We continue to support Bingo sales and in May threw the popular High Tea. For the first time in June, we hosted a Father’s Day reception and in August hosted our annual Pasta Dinner.

We have started a green initiative for the Parish and will be sponsoring the Annual Auction Dinner Dance with a wine vault raffle.
